We have now used Custom Varsity Apparel twice for our School Dance Troupe varsity jackets, and on both occasions the experience has been exceptional.

During our initial order, we encountered an issue where the material and colour combination we selected caused some bleeding into the white sections of our design. The team was incredibly proactive and customer focused in resolving the problem. They provided us with several solutions, including either a 50% discount on the order or a complete remake at no additional cost. We chose the remake option, and they were able to produce the jackets using a different material and have them completed in an impressively short timeframe.

Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. Andy was always easy to contact, quick to respond to questions, and happy to provide updates on our order status.

More recently, they also assisted us with producing and shipping additional jackets at short notice, once again delivering outstanding service and a fast turnaround.

The quality of the jackets is fantastic, and the customer service has been second to none. It's rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind its products and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent — quick responses and a real willingness to go above and beyond. They took the time to discuss, design, and tweak our order, and even sent out multiple demo jackets to help with sizing and quality checks, all before any payment was made.

Once received, the quality was fantastic. The final design matched exactly what we supplied, including all the adjustments made after reviewing the test sample.

Andy was extremely helpful throughout the ordering process and was always quick to reply with an answer to every question. Its not easy to find great customer service but Andy nails it.
