Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have now used Custom Varsity Apparel twice for our School Dance Troupe varsity jackets, and on both occasions the experience has been exceptional.

During our initial order, we encountered an issue where the material and colour combination we selected caused some bleeding into the white sections of our design. The team was incredibly proactive and customer focused in resolving the problem. They provided us with several solutions, including either a 50% discount on the order or a complete remake at no additional cost. We chose the remake option, and they were able to produce the jackets using a different material and have them completed in an impressively short timeframe.

Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. Andy was always easy to contact, quick to respond to questions, and happy to provide updates on our order status.

More recently, they also assisted us with producing and shipping additional jackets at short notice, once again delivering outstanding service and a fast turnaround.

The quality of the jackets is fantastic, and the customer service has been second to none. It's rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind its products and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

We would highly recommend Custom Varsity Apparel to any school, team, or organisation looking for high-quality varsity jackets and exceptional customer service.

Thank you, Custom Varsity Apparel, for making the entire process so easy!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great job Andy did with our groups varsity jackets. Andy was very patient with all of our changes and edits and requests for changes until we were happy with final design. The ladies couldn't be happier to show off their new "Fabulous Over 50" varsity jackets for our dance group. Thanks Andy.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From start to finish, the communication was excellent — quick responses and a real willingness to go above and beyond. They took the time to discuss, design, and tweak our order, and even sent out multiple demo jackets to help with sizing and quality checks, all before any payment was made.

Once received, the quality was fantastic. The final design matched exactly what we supplied, including all the adjustments made after reviewing the test sample.

Overall, the experience has been outstanding. If you’re considering a custom jacket, it’s definitely worth getting in touch with them — they’re very helpful and genuinely happy to work with you.
