All of our garments are custom made for order, meaning every order is unique. We will always work in with you to meet your order requirements as closely as possible, however;
In the unlikely case of a garment having a defect, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact a company representative with a description of the defect. We will contact you regarding the return process and weather or not the garment will be replaced or refunded.
Shipping is at the buyers expense but will be refunded upon return of the garment or after a replacement has been issued. A valid receipt must be presented for refund.
There are no refunds for incorrect sizing choice. We provide a comprehensive size guide, sample service as well as general advice to ensure everyone gets the correct size.
